With the internet growing at immeasurable speeds, so is the availability of knowledge to those who seek it.

Unlike when the phonebook was the go-to resource for finding help, now, people can easily browse millions of resources until they find one that fits them. A simple search for ‘what are my divorce options’ brings up 202,000,000 results. A good proportion of those offer valuable, free guidance.

It’s more important than ever for you to be well connected. Being connected to a network of skilled professionals enables you to guide clients to a process that suits them.

The information available on the internet serves as instant gratification to those who seek it. When people contact you, they expect a similar quality of gratification.

Gratify them by helping them understand their options and guiding them forwards. If you can’t help them, point them in the direction of someone who can.
